so I watch with these eyes that have been my only vision since birth. Thoughts and attitudes bringing me up to the level of the host and I often wonder if I play down to that role. You know what I mean?

they create this desire in you basically due to the fact that we as a country (US) no longer produces anything

  Amazed by the growth of the people that used to be around me everyday…facebook what an interesting resource to plot the time line of old friends lives. I feel old today but not accomplished sort of kept back a grade and all the old music I am feeding myself a steady diet of is making me more wishy washy

  I live in a townhouse and on days like this with the snow and everyone outside and not at work it feels stuck, the day. Like it doesn’t exist and the blanket of snow is the final act. at least it looks pretty

  It’s not enough to make them move you have to do it in a way that doesn’t make you look foolish when it’s viewed 10, 30 even 50 years later. You think youtube is bad now wait till the phones and the network catch up. It’s going to be a broadcasters world, whole bunches of commentary overiping on the vines of telecommunication. The better we talk the worse we get. How is that possible?

NFL cracks down on “Who Dat” merchandise

We do know, however, who the NFL say can’t make any more Who dat t-shirts.

WWLTV reports that many businesses in New Orleans have received cease and desist order for printing and selling Who dat shirts.

“I really thought the ‘Who Dat’ was something that belonged to the people more than to the Saints or to the NFL or anything else,” said one shop owner Josh Harvey.

NFL spokesman Dan Masonson disagrees:  “Any unauthorized use of the Saints colors and other [marks] designed to create the illusion of an affiliation with the Saints is equally a violation of the Saints trademark rights because it allows a third party to ‘free ride’ by profiting from confusion of the team’s fans, who want to show support for the Saints.”

A nearby Loyola professor believes there is some legal gray area here, but the small shops are wary of taking on the league.
